By accessing and using Bombay on the Lake's online ordering menu, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
When placing an order with Bombay on the Lake you agree that:
For delivery orders, you must provide a valid delivery address within Bombay on the Lake's service area. For pickup orders, you are responsible for collecting your order at the agreed time. Advance/scheduled orders are subject to Bombay on the Lake's available time slots.
Payment is made through the methods enabled by Bombay on the Lake. Where cash on delivery or card on delivery is offered, payment is due upon receipt of the order. For online payments, your payment is processed securely by the chosen payment provider.
Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once Bombay on the Lake has started preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds, where applicable, are issued at the sole discretion of Bombay on the Lake in line with applicable law.
You agree not to abuse the ordering system, provide false information, or act in a way that disrupts Bombay on the Lake's service or staff.
Bombay on the Lake is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the online menu. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
Bombay on the Lake may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the online menu after changes constitutes acceptance.
